PURPOSE: A light ray sampling method and a propagation model generating method and apparatus using the same are provided to perform the sampling of a light ray transmitted from a delivery point in consideration of the arrangement of a structure. ;CONSTITUTION: A delivery point setting unit(720) sets a delivery point for transmission of electric waves in a structure database(710). A structure selection unit(730) selects a structure within a critical distance from the set delivery point. A light ray selection unit(740) transmits a plurality of light rays in the delivery point set to the selected structure. The light ray selection unit selects a light ray reaching the selected structure of the transmitted light rays.
