SYSTEM FOR PRODUCING DIGITAL ELEVATION MODEL AND DIGITAL TERRAIN MODEL USING NUMERICAL MAP AND METHOD THEREFOR

PURPOSE: A high definition map forming system and a map forming method using the same are provided to correct an error which is generated in the manufacture of a DEM(Digital Elevation Model) with a digital topographical map including a height value. CONSTITUTION: A loading unit(110) loads a digital topographical map. A first converting unit(120) converts the loaded digital topographical map into a DXF image. A second converting unit(130) converts the converted image into an xyz data file. A third converting unit(140) eliminates the error of the converted data file. A fourth converting unit(150) converts the error-removed image into a grid map file. The fourth converting unit completes a high definition DEM(Digital Elevation Model).
