PURPOSE: A construction method using delayed joining for ensuring the cost efficiency and earthquake resistance of a beam is provided to reduce end bending moment of a beam by dividing load into first and second sections so that the end of the beam resists to loading capacity and lateral load. ;CONSTITUTION: A construction method using delayed joining for ensuring the cost efficiency and earthquake resistance of a beam is as follows. The column of a cross section calculated by a structure calculation is manufactured and obtained from a factory. Length and cross section are calculated by structure calculation and a bracket is manufactured by limiting its length to be within 15% of the whole length of a beam. A part, which excludes the bracket of both ends among the whole length of the beam, is formed as an intermediate beam.
