PURPOSE: A crime preventing method using a human body communication and a prevention system using a human body communication are provided to prevent crime by using a human body communication. CONSTITUTION: A monitoring device(100) is attached to a monitoring object person. The monitoring device senses body contact with the general person. If body contact is sensed, the monitoring device provides monitoring information of the monitoring object through a human body communication. A receiving device(200) is attached to the general person. The receiving device receives monitoring information through the human body communication. The receiving device transmits the monitoring information to fixed destination location in advance.
