ORGANIC-INORGANIC LIGHT-EMITTING COMPLEX FORMED BY OXIDATION-POLYMERIZING THE MONOMER OF A LIGHT-EMITTING CONDUCTIVE POLYMER WHILE REDUCING METAL IONS AND A METHOD FOR PREPARING THE SAME
PURPOSE: An organic-inorganic light-emitting complex is provided to ensure excellent luminous properties in a solid state, thereby enabling various applications to a light-emitting device of an LCD and OLED. ;CONSTITUTION: An organic-inorganic light-emitting complex is formed by oxidation-polymerizing the monomer of a light-emitting conductive polymer while reducing metal ions. The metal ions are selected from the group consisting of gold, silver, platinum, copper, iron, nickel, palladium and cobalt. The light-emitting conductive polymer is selected from the group consisting of polythiophene, poly(3-alkylthiophene), polyoctylthiophene, polyacetylene, polyphenylenevinylene, cyanopolyphenylenevinylene, polyfluorene, polytetrathiafulvalene, polynaphthalene, poly(para-phenylene), poly(para-phenylene sulfide), and poly(para-phenylene vinylene).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
