PURPOSE: A school announcing system device is provided to enable a simple message which is displayed as a letter and transmission of a learning video material using a display device to be read by being displayed. ;CONSTITUTION: A class terminal unit(200) is prepared in biographical information, teacher information and a discrete class corresponding to a plurality of multiple class. A DB(110) includes location information of the class terminal unit. A main terminal(120) transmits notifying information including event and schedule to corresponding class terminal by referring DB. A multimedia server(130) transmits result data about a connector request of the class terminal. The multimedia server includes data for transmitting image and voice data among message information.
