The gene has a base sequence of sequence number 1. relA protein has an amino acid sequence of sequence number 2. A recombinant vector, pSET152ET_relA contains the relA gene. A host cell transformed by the recombinant vector is Actinomyces. A composition for enhancing antibiotics expression contains the gene or protein thereof as an active ingredient.
