PURPOSE: A resin film sheet with conductive particles and an electronic component electrically connected to a film sheet including conductive particles are provided to select a proper method of installing a film for each electrode shape, the viscosity difference, the thermal conductivity difference, and the heating speed difference between the conductive layer and the insulating layer of a proper resin film. ;CONSTITUTION: A particle capturing rate is increased by slimming the entire resin film. All physical values of a particle installation layer and other layers which have at least two layers are the same.
