PURPOSE: A dynamic radial graph output device and method are provided to compare and confirm a degree of interaction between neighbors with the visualization of a social network using a radial graph.;CONSTITUTION: A neighbor node confirmation unit(112) confirms a center node and a related neighbor node and confirms a degree of relationship between the center node and the neighbor node. An arrangement unit(114) arranges the center node and the neighbor node on a radial graph in consideration of the degree of the relationship.
