PURPOSE: A method and system for production/consumption management of energy is provided to efficiently reduce power consumption by implementing independent electric power generation in an apartment complex.;CONSTITUTION: In a method and system for production/consumption management of energy, an electric power production device(101) is included in an apartment complex. Generation identification arrangements(221,223,225) generate generation identification through the electric power production device. An electric power storage device(230) stores power using generation identification which is produced from the electric power production device.
