PURPOSE: A portable air conditioner is provided to freely move, simplify a structure, improve the cooling effect and energy saving without exhaust pipe and drain.;CONSTITUTION: A portable air conditioner comprises a main body(10), a heat exchanger(20), a blower(30), a small compressor(40), a PMC(Phase Change Material) tank(50), a cooling pin(60), a brine circulation line(70), and a small pump(80). The main body is coupled with the bottom part for moving wheel(11) and has a plurality of built-in parts in inside. The heat exchanger is located in the opening region of the main body. The blower is located in the rear of the heat exchanger and sprays the air towards the heat exchanger. The small compressor is located in the main body. The PCM tank is located in the main body and is filled with the PCM. The cooling pin is connected to the small compressor. The PCM within the PCM tank is cooled with the action of the small compressor. The brine cycle line connects the PCM tank and heat exchanger. The brine cycle line moves the cool air within the PCM tank to the heat exchanger. The brine is circulated in doors. The small pump is coupled with the brine cycle line.
