PURPOSE: An ingot growing control system and an ingot growing apparatus including the same are provided to minimize pulling speed distribution in order to increase flawless determination yield, thereby securing the quality of a uniform flawless region and stable chip yield.;CONSTITUTION: The variables of an ingot growing control system comprises an average time which is an average pulling speed determination standard and a temperature correcting operation cycle time, and an pulling speed management line determining temperature correction.
