PURPOSE: A dual-locking device for a fire door is provided to more reliably prevent the inflow of toxic gases, flame, and hot air into a shelter in the event of a fire.;CONSTITUTION: A locking unit(120) opens and closes a fire door from on a door frame using a first locking part(124). A dual locking member(130) includes a first link slit(136) helping the operation of a link and a second locking part(132) which is inserted to the door frame. A link assembly(150) comprises a fixed link(152), a rotating link(154), and a guide shaft(160).
