PURPOSE: An oath about a national flag and a national anthem for a hearing impaired person are provided to involve the national anthem in a national courtesy event without being alienate.;CONSTITUTION: A Korean National flag moving picture is indicated in one screen when swearing about the national flag. The moving picture shows background music in the screen as a musical note. Oath recitation content about the national flag is processed as caption. A national anthem background image moving picture, the moving picture in which the process of national anthem shows as the musical note, and the moving picture in which national anthem is indicated as sign language are operated at the same time.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
