PURPOSE: A near distance measuring method using an overlap based CSS(Chirp Spread Spectrum) system and an apparatus thereof are provided to efficiently measure a distance by simplifying hardware configuration.;CONSTITUTION: A plurality of overlapped chirp signals is transmitted to a target(S1). A chirp signal, which is reflected from the target and comes back, is received(S2).
