PURPOSE: A method for scalable binary format of scene data service based on an expanded advanced t-digital multimedia broadcasting environment according to the range are provided to supply a basic BIFS or an expanded data service according to the medium receiving characteristics or the specification of the receiving terminal by providing a scalable data service through the AT-DMB.;CONSTITUTION: The scalable BIFS data service method includes as follows: a step of configuring a basic scene by analyzing a basic BIFS(Binary Format for Scene) received through the basic DMB channel(210); a step of displaying the configured basic scene and media data through a screen by rending the data(220); a step of extracting a BIFS command for updating a scene from the additional BIFS if the additional BIFS is received through the AT-DMB channel(230); a step of updating the extracted BIFS command to the basic scene(240).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
