PURPOSE: A security computer terminal and a booting execution method at a security computer terminal are provided to perform the booting of an encoding hard disk by certifying the booting authority of a user.;CONSTITUTION: A security computer terminal(100) comprises an encoding hard disk(130), a general hard disk(110), a booting executing unit(150), and verification apparatus(200). The encoding hard disk is a kind of a hard disk which performs booting in case of inputting a verification signal through the verification apparatus. The booting executing unit displays the input request of the authentication information of a user through the display unit of the security computer terminal according to an external booting signal. The booting executing unit boots a general hard disk according to the accumulative number of a verification error signal. The general hard disk is booted when the input request of the verification information of the user is displayed in the booting executing unit.
