PURPOSE: An efficient measurement method about the carriers of a terminal in a mobile communication system is provided to implement the carrier integration of a terminal by efficiently performing measurement about neighboring cells.;CONSTITUTION: If measurement configuration information and Smeasure are received from a base station, carriers for carrier aggregation performs management about a serving cell(311). The measurement result of the carriers is compared with Smeasure(321).
