PURPOSE: A system and a method for semi automatic response of clinical decision support system in management of blood sugar are provided to easily grasp the current status of diabetes patients by producing a list of patients who need intensive care, and reporting the list to a medical team. CONSTITUTION: A patient condition monitoring unit(11) extracts the blood sugar information which makes the state of the diabetes patient from a monitoring. A filtering unit(12) filters the extracted blood sugar information. A patient condition determining unit(13) processes the patient condition by good, not-decided and not-good states. A health status notifying unit(14) notifies the information about the patient judged as the health status to a patient terminal(30).
