PURPOSE: An intelligent universal crusher is provided to control speed and torque of the crusher, so as to crush the material in optimum speed, and torque.;CONSTITUTION: An intelligent universal crusher comprises a crusher(100), a cylinder(110) in which the crushed material is shaved with inside and pushing in the crusher blade, an induction motor(120), an encoder(150) detecting the speed of rotation of the induction motor, a current sensor(160), and a crusher controller(200). The intelligent universal crusher receives a sensor signal from the encoder, and the current sensor. A sort of crushing material, and crushing method is decided. According to the decided crushing method, torque is set, and the induction motor is controlled.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
