PURPOSE: A method for improving purification efficiency of polluted underground soil and water with liquid or dry media is provided to process the soil having low permeability efficiently with uniform injected material distribution. CONSTITUTION: A method for improving purification efficiency of polluted underground soil and water with liquid or dry media includes the following steps of: determining injection points with a pollution area(D) border(P); injecting the compressed gas to a direction or many directions in the center part of a pollution region from the pollution area border; completing an injection process of a boundary injection point on an alternate location of a contamination area; injecting the liquid or dry media to one direction or multi-directions; completing the injection or a pulverizing on the boundary injection part; and connecting the boundary injection point in the contaminated region with the media.
