PURPOSE: A light emitting device, a light emitting device package, and a method for manufacturing the light emitting device are provided to form the first and second electrode layers, thereby increasing optical efficiency by reflecting light generated in a light emitting device.;CONSTITUTION: A reflecting layer(70) is formed on a conductive supporting layer(80). A transparent conduction layer(60) is formed on the reflecting layer. A light emitting structure layer(50) is formed on the transparent conduction layer. The light emitting structure layer comprises a conductive semiconductor layer(20), an active layer(30), and the second conductive semiconductor layer.
