PURPOSE: A hail damage-reducing system of orchards is provided to slowly roll an installed shield from a ceiling of a structure using the rotation of a motor. CONSTITUTION: A hail damage-reducing system of orchards comprises the following: a shield shaft(10) located on the upper side of a roof frame(1) for winding a shield; a balance weight(13) releasing the winded shield by applying the tension to a wire(12); an operation unit offering the rotational force to the shield shaft; a motor circulating a speed reducing device coupled with a main axis gear; a first shaft protruded on the front side of a case; a first interlocking arm(67) surrounding a first sprocket coupled to the end of the first shaft; a second shaft coupled with a second gear; and a second interlocking arm surrounding a second sprocket(73).
