PURPOSE: A system and method for processing an interactive stereoscopic image are provided to embody an interactive stereoscopic image by making an interactive object to adaptively react. CONSTITUTION: An interactive stereoscopic image processing system comprises: an image processing unit(100) for creating a stereoscopic interactive image signal about an image movement with a depth; a stereoscopic coordinate generation unit(110) for calculating coordinates of the central part of a moving object or the edge part of the moving object; an interactive stereoscopic image generating unit(130) for generating a stereoscopic image by the movement of a real object based on the stereoscopic coordinate; and a display device for displaying the stereoscopic interactive image.
