PURPOSE: A method for checking user PC specification and measuring computer performance with Internet is provided to easily check the system information about composition of a user's PC and measure the performance of the PC. CONSTITUTION: A performance measurement program is run on the user's personal computer. The performance measurement program extracts the system information about composition of the user's PC(S120). The server transmits each measurement module for the performance measurement elements to the user's PC through the performance measurement program(S144). After the measurement module is installed, the measurement module measures the performance, extracts the measurement data, and transmits the system information and performance measurement data of the user PC to the server(S160).
