Convolutional Turbo Code Coding Device and Coding Method Using Convolutional Turbo Code

PURPOSE: A convolutional turbo code encoding apparatus and an encoding method using a convolutional turbo code are provided to interleave the data before storing encoded data in an output buffer and connect two double binary CRSC(Circular Recursive Systematic Convolution) decoders in parallel, thereby reducing operation time. CONSTITUTION: The first interleaver(220) interleaves storage data stored in an input buffer(210). An encoding unit(230) CTC(Convolutional Turbo Code)-codes the storage data and the first interleaved data. The second interleaver(240) respectively interleaves the stored data, the first encoding data, and the second encoding data. An output buffer(250) outputs the second interleaved data.
