PURPOSE: A panel joint for the cast-in-site diaphragms wall construction and a cast-in-site diaphragms wall construction method using the same are provided to completely prevent the inflow of water into a building by burying a waterproof panel. CONSTITUTION: A panel joint for the cast-in-site diaphragms wall construction comprises an inner support plate(102), an external support plate(104), an water blocking plate frame(106), a water blocking plate(110) and a division member. The inner support plate has the fixed length. The external support plate is integrally attached to one side of the inner support plate.
