Resource lease service server, mobile terminal and resource lease service method for resource lease service

PURPOSE: A resource lease service server, a mobile communication terminal, and a resource lease service method are provided to receive lease request information of a mobile communication terminal to supply information for the mobile communication terminal to a contents providing company which wants to lease the mobile communication terminal, thereby enabling a user of the mobile communication terminal to actively supply a lease service of resources of the mobile communication terminal. CONSTITUTION: A resource lease service server includes a database(201), a lease request receiver(203), and a terminal information transmitter(205). The database stores a list of contents providing companies which want to use resources of a mobile communication terminal. The lease request receiver receives lease request information for the resources from the mobile communication terminal. The terminal information transmitter transmits information for the mobile communication terminal to the contents providing company in response to the lease request information.
