PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a treatment agent for mushroom seed and a method for manufacturing a mushroom seed plate are provided to suppress bacteria or fungi breeding and to protect mushroom from pest. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a treatment agent for mushroom seed comprises: a step of mixing 39-46 wt% of ginkgo leaves, 8-10 wt% of ginkgo fruit peel, 38-41 wt% of Cinnamomi cortex and 8-10 wt% of garlic to prepare a first ingredient(S1); a step of putting the first ingredient and water in a weight ratio of 1:80 and heating at 100-150C to obtain a first ingredient concentrate(S2); a step of mixing 95-99 wt% of first ingredient concentrate and 1-5 wt% of natural calcium powder to prepare a second ingredient of liquid phase(S3); and a step of 45-50 volume% of the second ingredient and 50-55 volume% of silicone solution(S4).
