PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for processing a constrained NN(Nearest Neighbor) query in wireless broadcast environments, and a constrained NN query processing system using the same are provided to shorten tuning time and access time of a mobile client in wireless broadcast environments. CONSTITUTION: A constrained range determining unit(332) determines a data search constrained range of a constrained NN query in a divided data area based on Hilbert curve. A query processing unit(334) discovers candidate data existing in the constrained range. The query processing unit determines the distance between a query point of the constrained NN query and the candidate data. The query processing unit searches data corresponding to the constrained NN query.
