Disclosed is a punching device for waste lithium battery treatment. The perforation device includes an accommodating portion, a pusher, a first perforation pin and a second perforation pin, a pin drive portion, and a discharge portion. The accommodating part receives a plurality of waste lithium batteries so as to face the same polarity direction through the supply holes at the top thereof, and arranges the stacked lithium batteries. Whenever the waste lithium battery moves to the bottom layer of the housing, the pusher pushes the waste lithium battery of the bottom layer into the perforating jig part. The first perforated pin and the second perforated pin are disposed at both ends corresponding to both sides corresponding to the positive electrode terminal and the negative electrode terminal of the waste lithium battery transferred into the perforating jig portion. The pin driver lifts and drives the first perforated pin to perforate one side corresponding to the positive terminal of the waste lithium battery, and then lifts and drives the second perforated pin to perforate the other side corresponding to the negative terminal of the waste lithium battery. The discharge part discharges the perforated waste lithium batteries from the perforating jig part.
