FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to otolaryngology and can be used in surgical treatment of patients with chronic otitis media. Essence of method lies in freshening of tympanic membrane edges, deipidermation of its remnants, tympanotomy with revision and sanitisation of middle ear cavities, ossiculoplasty. For myringoplasty, as support and connective tissue base for polymeric film with allofibroblasts, used is autocartilage plate in form of a bridge, onto which placed is autofascia of temporal muscle with complete coverage of perforation. Meato-tympanic flap is placed above autofascia at the natural level. Onto neotympanic membrane placed are polymeric films with cultured allofibroblasts, with complete coverage of autofascia and obligatory overlap onto meato-tympanic flap.;EFFECT: application of claimed invention makes it possible to improve tympanoplasty resuls and reduce the number of recurrences of tympanic membrane perforation in postoperational period, provides better conditions for neotympanic membrane retention.;2 ex
