Method of rehabilitation treatment in patients with moderate and low risk of recurrent stroke in the period of residual effects of stroke

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to physiotherapy, neurology. Method includes balneotherapy, manual massage of segmental zones, applications on paretic extremities and exercise therapy. Affected extremities are subjected to applications with sapropel from lake Kirek at temperature 37-38°C. Application arew performed every second day, course includes 10 procedures. As balneotherapy performed are iodine-bromine baths with water temperature 37-38°C. Baths are carried out for 10 minutes, every second day, course includes 10 procedures. Manual massage of collar zone is performed. Exercise therapy and mechanotherapy are carried out by individual programmes for 1-2 hours after mud treatment. Every day electrophoresis with 1% nicotinic acid on area of liver is performed using transverse methods. Electrophoresis duration is 15-20 minutes, current intensity is 10 mA. Course includes 12-15 procedures.;EFFECT: method increases efficiency of patient treatment due to impact on lipid exchange and hemostasis system, reduces risk of recurrent stroke development.;2 ex, 3 tbl
