FIELD: construction.;SUBSTANCE: dry construction mix contains the following components, wt %: gypsum binder - construction gypsum 73.0-85.0, slaked lime 10.0-16.0, polycarboxylate, at least one, selected from the following group: sodium polycarboxylate, polycarboxylate Melflux 1641F, GP-1, Sika ViskoCrete 225P and BPS BV T/C 1.3-3.0, carboxymethylcellulose 3.0-5.6, aluminium sulfate 0.4-0.9, sodium gluconate 0.3-1.5, besides it is prepared by mixing specified components in disintegration mixer for 2-3 minutes at speed of mixer rotation of 2500-3000 rpm.
