FIELD: construction.;SUBSTANCE: following results of radiolocating survey, natural stable reflectors are detected, for which measurements of interferometric phase difference are carried out, characterising variances of distance difference from spacecraft to detected stable reflectors. Difference of signal phases in area of location of natural stable reflectors include information on vertical movements of reflecting surface during the time between surveys for karstic sections or horizontal movements for landslip sections.;EFFECT: improved validity and reduced labour intensiveness of obtained information in process of earth surface probing on dangerous karstic and landslip sections, increased safety of railway roads operation.
