FIELD: mining.;SUBSTANCE: section of packaged support of mining face of thick steeply inclined coal bed includes: the base installed on the bed bottom and rigidly attached to fixed enclosure with round lagging layers, which is normally oriented to it towards the roof of the bed, movable enclosure which is connected by means of horizontal axis to fixed enclosure with possibility of angular movement and equipped with extensible shield, uneven steps forming the stairs ascending transversely relative to the base from flanking side, jacks for double-extension movement which are installed on the base sides, side enclosures installed on the flanking side and working members of massif destruction and transportation of broken-down coal. At that, movable enclosure by means of detachable cantilever is rigidly attached at blunt angle to fixed enclosure. Working member is made in the form of telescopic boom with spherical cutting head and installed on oscillating carriage with possibility of angular movement in vertical plane and back-and-forth movement along the working face. Oscillating carriage is equipped with telescoping and installed on the base also with possibility of angular movement relative to the base. Transporting working member is made in the form of enamelled scraper of channel shape, which is installed at an angle to the front part of the section and provided with back-and-forth movability in the base plane and angular movability in transverse plane of its cross section. In inner space between the stairs, the base and the enclosure there installed is retaining bit oriented normally to the bed bottom.;EFFECT: improving efficiency and safety of supporting the working area of mining face, improving controllability of movement of support along the line of dip; and transportation of broken-down coal along the working face by gravity.;3 dwg
