METHOD OF SEPTIC WOUND DRAINAGE IN ACUTE ODONTOGENIC JAW PERIOSTITIS WITH USING COLETEX-M TISSUE STRIPS

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, and aims at septic wound drainage in acute jaw periostitis. An incision 2.5 cm is made within an infiltrate up to a bone at 0.5 cm away from a transitory fold. After evacuation of purulent effluent, the wound is washed with antiseptic solutions. Then two strips of Coletex-M tissues of the length 2.5 cm and width 1.0 cm are introduced in the wound at its depth towards the centre. The Coletex-M drainages are changed by indications.;EFFECT: method allows to provide prolonged release of antiseptic, antibacterial and immunostimulating agents from the tissue, to reduce time of temporary disability in acute jaw periostitis.
