The fire protection or smoke protection door has a wing (1) and a door leaf profile (25) with a freely ending wing-profile leg (25c) on the side facing the wall or reveal profile (15) at a distance to neighboring door surface opposite to the opening direction (21). The reveal profile has two profile shanks (15a,15b) offset to the plane of the wing. The wing-profile shank dips in the receiving space (17) formed between the two wall profile shanks in the closed position of the wing.
