The sensor (1) has space fixed magnetic field sensitive elements e.g. ferrite core (6) and coil body (7), arranged within a sleeve (8), and a component e.g. disk or base (10), made of a heat resistant, reduced thermoconducting material e.g. ceramic material or high temperature resistant plastic or aluminum material. The component is arranged adjacent to the sensitive elements to protect the sensitive elements from a heating effect. The sleeve is held in a flange-like component (9) that consists of a plastic material or metallic material, and is filled with a casting component.
