The element has a sliding bearing layer formed from cast tin bronze that comprises 3.7-5.1 weight percentage of tin, 0.03-0.06 residual copper and impurities. The tin bronze exhibits average grain size that is equal to or less than 3 micrometer, where thickness of the sliding bearing layer is 0.1 mm to 4 mm. The tin bronze is subjected to hot forming process, cold forming process and recrystallization annealing process. Functional covering or intermediate layers are formed in the element.
