The insert has a shear comb comprising combing teeth (10) with two combing flanks (11, 12) that enclose first and second angles with a line, respectively. A shear blade (2) comprises clipping teeth (20), which are arranged along a line, and is driven parallel to the former line in an oscillating manner. The clipping teeth are provided with two clipping flanks (21, 22) that enclose third and fourth angles with the latter line, respectively, where sum of the first and fourth angles or the sum of the second and third angles is smaller than 180 degree.
