Device comprises a heated kettle, a mixer immersed in a zinc bath (10), a geared motor, an agitator shaft driven by the gear motor with agitator blades, which is stored in a casing (25) with inlet port (26) and outlet port (27) and a device to remove the zinc ash floating on a zinc bath surface (12), where the casing located in the zinc bath, exhibits an inlet port at its lower end, and an outlet port at its upper end at the level of the zinc bath surface.
