The device has a pump for producing air-high pressure, and a sensor for detecting the produced pressure. A presetting device presets the pressure to be adjusted. A training device trains a hand by pressing an elastic element whose flexibility is adjusted with the pressure, where the element is formed as a ball-shaped or cylindrical hollow body. A detection unit detects the pressure changed during actuation of a training body in an interior of the body. An indication part e.g. LED, indicates a training process and a training condition. A connection unit connects the body with a hose.
