The cover has a metering cylinder (2) guided into a guiding cylinder (1), where content of the cover is mixed with content of the bottle and the mixture is directly output from the bottle. The metering cylinder is chambered, where the metering cylinder and guiding cylinder are provided with bung holes (3, 4). The guiding cylinder has a rotary closure for assembly on the bottle, and is flanged for assembly with the bottle. The metering cylinder is provided with a mouth piece or drinking spout at its removal side.
