Facilitating molding and demolding of polymers or natural substances, comprises: (a) applying a coating agent comprising an inorganic or inorganic-organic polymer and an inorganic pigment, on a mold made of metal or metal alloy for producing molded parts made of polymers or natural substances; (b) hardening the coating agent applied on the mold at a temperature from room temperature to 800[deg] C; (c) injecting, infusing or vulcanizing an organic polymer or a natural substance into the coated mold for forming a molded part; and (d) separating the mold and the molded part.
