The cooler has a primary finned cooling unit (10) with cooling fins connected with a fastening block (11). A fastening projection (13) lies between two adjacent grooves (12) of the block and projects from a bottom of the block. A base plate (20) has an upper side attached to the bottom and has a fastening hole (21) such that the projection is inserted into the hole. A secondary finned cooling unit (30) has a set of heat guiding pipes (40) inserted into the grooves, where the pipes are attached to the base plate and thermally coupled at the secondary finned cooling unit.
