The station (1) has an input unit (3) e.g. card reader and magnetic strip reader, for inputting the identification of a user to a chip card, and an identification unit (4) for transferring recorded vital parameters of an identified user to a transmission unit (5). The input unit is provided with a receiver (10) for a radio frequency identification (RFID) chip (11). A dialogue communication unit (7) is in controlled connection with a tele-medical center (6) through the identification unit.
