The receiving pin (1) has a pipe (2) comprising a fine internal thread and welded with a flange, where a fine external thread of the receiving pin is screwed into the fine internal thread of the pipe. The receiving pin together with another receiving pin are embedded on opposite sides of a ballast body using concrete (5) i.e. steel-concrete. A holder is provided at an upper arm for fixation of the ballast body, and a maneuvering coupling is provided at a front side of the ballast body. An independent claim is also included for a method for producing a ballast body.
