The device has a reciprocating sealing bar (1) formed of multiple heated heating segments (2a-2d) whose heating power is individually adjustable. The sealing bar is designed for separating welding. The heating segments have different lengths (L). Thermal sensors (4a-4d) regulate the heating power in the heating segments. The heating segments include electrically heated heating elements (8a-8d). Temperature in the heating segments is measured by using the thermal sensor and a controller (11). A welding roller is made of silicon i.e. Teflon(RTM: PTFE).
