The wastewater treatment agent for removing fat containing non-ionic surfactants with a hydrophilic-lipophilic balance (HLB) value of 3-7, comprises additives that form solid suspension in the form of iron sulfide or insoluble hydroxide and/or prevents rotting of wastewater during the air supply such as iron salt, aluminum salt and nitrate. Counterions of the nitrates are sodium-, calcium-, magnesium-, aluminum-, iron- and/or calcium-ions, where metal nitrate (40-50 %), iron salt and/or aluminum salt (5-15 %), calcium nitrate (43-46 %), or ion-III-nitrate and/or aluminum nitrate. The wastewater treatment agent for removing fat containing non-ionic surfactants with a hydrophilic-lipophilic balance (HLB) value of 3-7, comprises additives that form solid suspension in the form of iron sulfide or insoluble hydroxide and/or prevents rotting of wastewater during the air supply such as iron salt, aluminum salt and nitrate.
